What problem are you solving?
An issue that arises within AMA and the entirety of FIS is that we do not truly understand our client base to the detail that is needed to successfully upsell, cross-sell, and take advantage of our massive footprint. This idea started around 2019, when it was basically impossible for our BU to put together a renewals list for 2020. The problem is not knowing the detail of our client base enough to be able to maximize FIS's largest asset, and that is our reach and footprint. |

Describe your idea in 1 sentence? What is your elevator pitch? | 1 Sentence - "A client database powered by FIS's own Data Integrity Manager that will provide the information needed to effectively cross-sell and expand FIS's Footprint" |
Describe the idea
Using Data Integrity Manager (DIM), I am going to build a client database to accurately show ours clients renewal dates, current usage, license restrictions, etc. Once built, we will use a simple upgrade process to keep the database up to date. |

How does your idea address the AMA initiative selected above? | Every year countless hours are wasted trying to forecast and determine upcoming renewals, this internal transformation will eliminate that as well as provide us with a DB to accurately and effective cross-sell. The more we understand our client base, the more we can expand our footprint within our clientbase. |
Hi Pat, did you know that we capture all renewals (incl. future renewals as per last contract) in MS Dynamics? How do you see the coexistence of your idea and Dynamics (and associated tools like EMS, that has all the contracts, invoices etc) and what are the differentiators?
Patrick, are you familiar with Panorama? Panorama is a Capital Market solution with a DB that is meant to capture and maintain product and client level details for all of CM solutions. Ken Black was the last person I worked with that was owning Panorama.
