When any JIRA user

in any business segment

seek to create/modify a JIRA ticket

they experience challenges regarding whom to assign the particular ticket with respect to bandwidth/expertise/history

which causes them inefficient assignment of tickets

and impacts business by delay in the execution of overall ticket

Describe your idea in 1 sentence? What is your elevator pitch? Smart assignment, progress of JIRA to team members based on various scenarios, history, current bandwidth, expertise of members.
Describe the idea

The Smart JIRA Assignment will assign tickets to respective team members on the basis of various criteria.

These criteria would be based on below factors

  • Bandwidth, skill set and expertise of the resource

  • History of the similar JIRA tickets.

    • Tickets with similar keywords

    • Assignee of the historical similar tickets

  • Priority, Criticality of the JIRA tickets.

This criteria would be configurable by the admin users.

Resource utilization would be improved by using this assistant and overall time to resolve a ticket would be reduced by significant amount.

Idle time of a resource as well as JIRA ticket can be reduced significantly.
